Frontier is based in Denver, Colorado as far back as their history goes. The green nacelles were an early feature of this paintjob. I could be wrong, but I think the nacelles have been changed to white to save money and repainting after maintenance. That A-319 can be determined from an A-320 by the single over-wing exit. 320s have two.
