Stuck metal print by J Griff Griffin. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. "Our futures are woven in the moment of decision." Stuck!! Can you imagine being in such a situation. The road is washed out or has slid away. There's a sharp curve behind and it may be miles before there might be enough room to turn around. The physical place of reference for this is called Shelf Road downstream from Cripple Creek, CO. It is the same road as my painting called The Birds of Window Rock. This painting was my first painting that I did with the famous Southwest Artist, Michael Atkinson. Mike was instructing me and the results were deemed best in the class. The fade to white at the bottom of the painting is part of his signature style.
